“Good value for money”

Only 15mins walk to main attractions. Bus to Hauptbahnhof stops opposite. Breakfast a bit expensive but plenty of places to eat nearby

“Would definitely recommend”

The hotel was a very good standard and excellent value for money for what we wanted and paid. It is a typical "hotel-chain" type of hotel and appears to cater for a lot of business conferences etc so not the choice of hotel if you want something cosy, quaint and character full! However, it very much suited our trip the the Xmas markets (again would definitely recommend and the location was excellent for this). The staff were always very polite and extremely accomodating. I can especially recommend the breakfast with its excellent selection of dishes to suit all tastes and plenty of it which set us up very nicely for the day :-) - enjoy!

“Nice hotel for a very reasonable price”

Stayed two nights in the Mercure Hotel Severinshof Koeln. The room was very comfortable and the bed was quite nice. Our room was one of the cheaper rates in the hotel and I think that was because it faced the street car station which squeaks quiet a bit as it passes. We closed the windows at night and did not have a problem with it though. All of the personnel we interacted with spoke English well and were very helpful. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral or the old section of the city which was quite reasonable.

“Convenient hotel near the heart of Köln”

Very easy to get to (a short train ride and three tram stops) from Köln/Bonn airport. It's an easy ten minute walk to the cathedral through a pleasant--though modern and sterile--shopping district. The hotel staff was friendly and my room was extremely clean and comfortable--very modern and up-to-date. I have no complaints and would not only stay here again but would also recommend it to my friends.

“Super Tidy”

Just a 10 minute walk into the centre of town in a fairly quiet part of town. Lacks character but very clean, tidy and well situated.

It was really too far to walk from the station, but only 5 euros in a cab. The price was reasonable with the Expedia deal. Room was comfortable and had eveything you would expect,.

“Clean modern hotel”

This hotel is a little out of the city centre, but within a very easy 15 min walk from the Dom and main railway station down one mainly pedestrionised road. My wife was unfortuantly ill on this trip and the hotel staff were very sympathetic and helpfull to us.
