“Great location, great breakfast”

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed, great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice about local visits and giving us a great map. What you would expect of a 5 star hotel, but nothing to make me go wow. Breakfast is 25 euros, really pricey, but I would highly recommend it, it's all you can eat buffet in a lovely restaurant with everything you could want for breakfast, all fried foods, sausages, bacon, eggs,tomatoes, mushrooms, omelets, cold meats and cheeses, make your own griddle cakes, pancakes, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, lovely breads, all really nice. Only complaint is through the night we could hear noise coming from a nearby room, we couldn't be bothered to complain, and I guess you would get that in any hotel. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

“Not Impressed”

Yes, the hotel is close to the train station and the cathederal but it lacks in other services. There is no free wifi / internet, which is astounding considering a four week trip in Europe and this was the only accommodation that did not offer this as a free service. Extremely disappointed that we were charged for 'real' milk for our coffee, no robes provided and the cost for other services ie drinks and movies was exhorbitant. I would not choose to stay in a Marriott hotel again.
