“Excellent all rounder”

Very comfortable, top quality hotel but more for business stay than for leisure I would say. The breakfast buffet was second to none, really extensive as only German breakfasts can be and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Didn't really strike me as somewhere you could take small children to stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location is fantastically central, although sadly at the moment they are building a tram line extension right outside the hotel so it isnt a very picturesque view! Not noisy however. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Koeln for business or perhaps in a couple without small children.

“Friendly helpful staff”

The Hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I emailed the hotel in advance to say that my niece would be arriving the eve before me, as I had been unavoidably delayed, and they were very welcoming to me niece. I had asked for a room with a view of the Cathedral, and it was superb! Good selection of bathroom toiletories too, and comfortable room.
