Generally the hotel is clean and their facilities are well maintained. The Desk Supervisor wasn't very friendly, we were snubbed when we asked questions. Be sure to have some cash handy when you check in should your credit card have some problem. They ask you for a $50.00 room deposit even after you've paid for the room in full!

“Great Hotel in Fairview Heights”

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Great pool and workout center. Only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room.

“Very comfy over night stay”

We didn't interact with the staff much, but they were nice. The king sized bed was HUGE, and the pillows were very comfy. The place looked pretty clean. The sheets were white. No trash on the floors. Probably, my only real complaint would be that we were on the fourth floor and the vending area on the fourth floor did not have a snack machine, only a soda machine and it did not work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. We didn't visit the bar, but we were told that we would get a complimentary drink if we did.

“Visiting home”

Really nice hotel, except I did not get as double as requested, I received a handicap room. It was very spacious, need to update the couch bed and the bathroom wall had poop on it.

“Comfortable but could have been cleaner”

We rented two rooms. Room #1 had mold in the tub. Room #2 had a leak from the water intake into the toilet. Nothing gross but wet slick floor. Staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. Breakfast was tasty and very well prepared- could have been warmer.

“Not impressed”

We were impressed with the hotel in general. The cloth napkins at breakfast were nice, but for the value we'd rather stay at a hotel with more reasonable rates.

“Good stay for just outside of St.Louis”

Stayed here for celebration of one year wedding anniversary. Location was great. Just outside of St. Louis. Right off the Interstate so very easy to find. Room was clean, but huge cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings of the room. We hoped that cleaning would catch it the first night, but they didn't. We stayed 3 nights and they were still there when we left. Looked like a drink had been spilled behind a nightstand and was never cleaned up. I noticed this when I was plugging in my phone charger. Bed was very comfy and it does have internet access and free WIFI. The breakfast was $9, but my husband got a to go box and brought it up to the room and it was plenty for the both of us. Overall we were satisfied. The cleaning crew just needs to be a little more observant.
