The staff at the property has always been super friendly every time we have stayed here. They really go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a nice stay.

I was blown away with the friendly staff and comfortable beds. The room is clean and the breakfast was tasty. I love that they have ice cold water to drink in the lobby and can easily refill my water container. The location is not too far from the campus and is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide a second trash can in the room.

Now lets talk. The paying for breakfast doesnt make sense. But if thats your policy say less. The housekeeping knocked once came in & me & my husband was in dispose. THAT RIGHT THERE YOU NEED TO FIX THAT, because the next person it happens to wont be so forgiving.

The only thing we didn't like is ALL THE KIDS! KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN HALLWAYS.. Too many kids for us. We will seek another more quiet hotel in the future in this area.

I was not happy at all that every time we flushed the toilet there was a loud squeaking noise that went on for about 1 minute afterwards, especially in the middle of the night, also our phone did not work in the room, the green light was on but there was no dial tone. The front desk girl was nice, and the location was nice, but I'm not sure if we would stay again honestly

I loved the soap dispensers on the wall of the shower, shampoo and conditioner. And there was actual hand soap in a dispenser on the wall to wash your hands. Most hotels just give you a gross bar for everyone to share. The breakfast isn’t free. That’s disappointing. It isn’t good enough to be purchasing. The covers are not warm. You will need a blanket, but you can control the thermostat.

The property is OK. However, the TV remote did not work with the TV, the bathroom sink was clogged, the room main lamp was broken, and it seemed the hotel is understaffed.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The property seems older but maintained. We had to push with full force to get our room door open, as if the property has settled or shifted. The room had 2 queen beds. The linen smelled fresh and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it wasn’t very clean. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. There were food bits and pieces of a suitcases broken wheel throughout the room. The bathroom was clean. It was older with a standard toilet (short) I just had knee replacement surgery so I noticed that. The shower was GREAT! The water was hot and the show head was good. They had Dove products for hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion which was nice. A couple of the towels were frayed at the ends and old but there were new towels mixed in too. The room smelled free of animals or cigarettes a plus for sure. The breakfast for a weekend was good. The two people that served were not very friendly but did their job. I didn’t like the plastic forks, knives and spoons all in baskets for all to touch while getting one for themselves. Not individually wrapped. I don’t believe I’d stay here again for the price and we typically like Holiday Inn hotels. This was a last minute plan and many hotels were booked up in the area.

Nice rooms. Easy to find. Odd that breakfast required $1 and upon check in they gave me cards to turn in for breakfast. However, their breakfast was scheduled to start at 6:30am which is already later than I needed AND their kitchen opened late AND that morning was a menu order not a buffett so I did not get to eat.

Sorry you were not able to have breakfast. Our breakfast is not complimentary because we are a full service hotel so that is why it was a charge and also why we dont do buffet style

Bed too High!
There for graduation. Bed was too high for older people to get in and out comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I did sleep well, but having to get up and down during the night made for a rough time getting in the bed so high.

Poor Service
They gave us keys to an already occupied room. We told them and they said “this has happened 3 times already” and blamed it on the day shift. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable. The day manager was in the doorway smoking when we left. She hollered from the doorway to just leave the keys. I’m allergic so that wasn’t the greatest start to our day. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.

3 extra charges amounting to approximately $300 over the cost of the room and the and the incidental charges. Currently working with the bank to correct fraudulent charges but in the meantime no access to the money they have placed a hold on. Bed was comfy. Housekeeping is very sporadic. Would only try to clean the room when it was occupied. Breakfast was made to order the first morning but buffett style every other day. Sometimes breakfast started at 630 other days 7 and sunday 730. Probably wouldnt return since there are so many other options available
