A little more than a cheap motel

I selected a Hilton because I wanted a clean hotel with restaurant service. I ate in the main restaurant and a Hamburger took 30 minutes. The waiter didn't even bring me water

I nice place to stay in College Station

Posted 23-Jun-2015
Pros: Check in was very easy and staff was friendly.
Cons: Nice pool, but no place close to get a drink.
We were picking our daughter up from an A&M camp and stayed the night at this hotel. We called early and told them we would be in before check in time and they had a room ready for us when we arrived. Over all it was a nice experience and would stay here again.

Hotels in College Station are overpriced for what they offer and for the condition they are in. The Hilton is one of the better ones and if you must stay in College Station a decent choice. Just don't expect a 4 star Hilton you would find in other cities. Another hotel to consider is the Courtyard Marriot.

Nice hotel close to Texas A & M campus

Posted 17-May-2015
Pros: See previous comments.
Cons: Replace the beds with something that is more apt to give one a comfortable night's rest. Preferably firmer mattresses.
Location: Location is central to many things: Texas A&M Campus, Bush Library, old downtown Bryan Texas. Many good places to eat within minutes of Hotel.
The hotel itself is in an excellent location. The facilities are very nice. Restaurant is good - staff proficient and food good. The room was not very sound proof as you can hear the guests in the next room talking in a normal voice. The pillow top bed was like sleeping in a lowed field. Not a pleasant experience for me.

Great room, great service.

Booked the room for a convention happening in the same hotel. Room service is reasonably priced with great portions, staff is friendly and eager to help, despite the craziness that comes from having a convention running at the same time. Clean room, all the amenities, conveniently placed on University Drive, one of the main roads in College Station.

Most bang for your buck

Any Hilton I've stayed at never disappoints. The most memorable thing about my stay in college station was that the customer service was great upon arrival and departure. Very nice staff, no attitude (despite my late arrival) and super friendly. The room and hotel itself is a little dated, the safe in my room didn't work but I didn't have time to call and have that issue fixed. Also parking was a bit atrocious, if the front was packed you have to drive around to the back entrance and walk through the entire hotel to get to the front where the elevators are. Also I had to carry all of my stuff because it was not made known where I could get a luggage cart. Overall, I would stay here again if I ever visit college station again.
