“Not impressed”

The first room we had the door didn't work and we could not get out of the room. They had to switch rooms. There was trash (potatoe chip bags) under the dressser for our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good. During the summer when there are more family travelers not just business travelers the breakfast should be longer during weekdays.

“Surprised, and not in a good way”

The A/C did not reach the front room, where the couch and kitchenette were, so you either have to have the bedroom freezing for some air to reach the front, or have it really hot in the front room. Having a ceiling fan does not make up for poor air conditioning. Had to ask for more towels (2 bath towels for 2 people is not enough in College Station on college move-in day with 95 degrees and very high humidity) and kleenexes. TV only had a few channels even though it was supposed to have lots of cable channels. Sofa couch was tired and needs replacing.

“Thermostat problems”

The thermostat was extremely hard to control. t It was either too hot or too cold. Tried to cut off the unit because it was cool outside but woke up with a frigid room. Location is good but would not stay again.
