Nice, but too much noise!

Pros: Very nice decor and furniture, and the staff was very friendly.
The guests staying above us sounded like they were purposely stomping on the floor when they moved about their room, and guests talking in the hallways sounded like they were inside the room! Call it "thin walls" or whatever, but the "noise" made sleep difficult!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were really comfy. Free breakfast was a plus. Will stay again for sure.

Hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was top notch. Having a great place to stay made move in weekend so much better. We will stay here again when visiting Agggieland.

Great place to stay

The employees were super friendly. The room very nice. I'm kind of a bathroom freak. The bathroom was emaculte, even the grout around the bathtub was perfectly white. The breakfast the next morning had a nice variety of items.

Good location but staff unfriendly

Cons: The way guests are greeted
The person checking us in was unwelcoming and quite rude. She told us that our only option was a room on the first floor and that it handicap accessible. The hotel was really loud and the room was close to the pool so it wasn't ideal. She told us that we didn't have to take the room that it was our choice not to check into the hotel. I was totally caught off guard that a Marriott employee would talk to someone checking into one of their properties. We stay at Marriott's all the time and I've never had someone be so rude.

Location: A minute or two to Texas A&M. Many restaurants and shopping VERY close to hotel . Great location.
The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Too noisy. Group of high school 7s footballers ran the halls until 1:15 am. No coach, no hotel mgmt. ridiculous.
