“Good Experience”

The Residence Inn was clean and well-run by very friendly staff. I appreciated the meals in the lobby area. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the DC area.

“Wish I lived there”

Free breakfast. Free dinners Monday through Thursday. Suites were clean and updated. Highly recommend for long term stays.

“Great value, convenient drive to metro or downtown”

We enjoyed a 3 night stay centered around the Stewart Rally. The location is convenient to the route 495 metro station and various routes to the mall. Dining choices in the area a very limited, however, and the staff did not have any idea of dining in the UM/College Park area.

“Comfortable Suite”

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was across the street from a plaza with a Target, grocery store, McDonalds and other stores. It was only 20 minutes from BWI. It also included a free breakfast which was tasty but it was not adequate in that there were many guests who wanted it despite the kitchens in the rooms, and the kitchen staff was not able to keep up with demand. The pool was not yet open so we did not experience that but it looked very nice. Staff was very friendly and responsive. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

“Front Desk Needs Help - good location tho - Least Favorite Marriot Hotel”

Looks nice from outside I travel several times a month and usually can tell the service by the outside appearance....I was folled here.... inside...all the things you expect from front desk personnell - were missing. I consider it bad when you are booking in and at the end I have to ask - where to park, where to eat, where is breakfast, where are elevators, where is Business center, where is pool...where is my room? Several times I saw 2 ladies too busy on their personal cell phones. One guy was always off smoking and on his cell phone Kitchen staff was very friendly/helpful. Room was cleaned well daily....but I think it had bedbugs.... also large whole in the floor in front of dresser????? do not take room 225
