“Great Hotel”
Only one problem--no restaurant room service only> Would not hesitate to stay again.

I was charged by expedia, and also by the hotel. After I called and spoke to a representative at the hotel, it took a week for my funds to be returned to me. It was frustrating, but I didn't have to fight with them.

There are a number of hotels around the area, but for the cost, you can't go wrong with the Residence Inn. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

Idyllic setting for a quick or long vacation. Nice appearance upon entering the facility. The room was bright and felt comfortable. Finally a hotel where I did not smell residual nicotine!!!I will return but would request a room a little larger.
“Wasn't a fan”
The hotel room was very nice, and the location near the waterfront is pretty. However, we had issues with our card entry to our room, and one time when one of us couldn't get in the room b/c he forgot his key, the man at the front desk wouldn't let him in because the room wasn't under his name, but under his friend's name who wasn't there at the time. The man at the front desk actually said "guess you're up the creek without a paddle."
