Bathroom (particularly the shower walls) looked dirty….splash marks from sort of fluid could be seen on the shower wall tiles. Thankfully I could use the shower without having to rely on the walls for balance.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Major, and only downside, was our room wreaked of marijuana the entire time we were there. Regardless of what the staff tried to spray.

Checked in at 11:00 pm and the heat in my room was not working (38 degrees outside). 64 degrees in my room. Called the front desk and was told someone would be coming to check my thermostat. 1 hour later no one has showed up so I got dressed and went down to the from desk. Finally found someone to help. Heat came on and when I woke up them next morning it was 85 degrees in my room. When checking out front desk gave my a number and name of a manager to call about a discount for my issues. Called her 4 times and left messages with no return call. I was told 3 times by other employees that she was in her office when I called. Terrible customer service !!

The property was well maintained and clean. The wait staff in the bar area was okay but not very attentive. there was NO staff at the breakfast hour. Finally, someone walked in and checked the trays and serving dishes, but the coffee urn was empty and was never replenished. Had I chosen I could have walked out and never paid, because no one came by and checked.

Stayed here due to proximity to the stadium. Some of the staff were very friendly, some not. The room needed some help. First, there was no smoke detector in the room. It had been removed and wires were poking out of the hole. The shower/tub plumbing fixture would only allow a small percentage of water out of the shower head, no matter how hard you pulled the lever up, leaving the rest to run down the drain. Additionally, every time we flushed the toilet, we had to lift the lid on the water tank to push the flapper valve down so the tank could fill up. The AC didn't seem to work well, either so it was hot at night. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is right off 495. You will be 2 miles from FedEx stadium or shopping . Its also about 17 miles from the MGM Casino .

Parking was a hassle at the end of the day. Lighting was insufficient for parking at the rear of the building and returning to the main entrance to enter. The cookies, however, were delicious.

Overall ok experience. Breakfast 18 dollars a person was a little steep considering the 250 dollar hold. Definitely needed work you seen out of order signs on the elevators and ice machine. In my room my sink was cracked door to freezer broken and remote with no back. It honestly was a basic hotel which is why i didn’t understand high prices it’s definitely not worth paying for a weekend and holding 250. Nothing good or above and beyond just basic heres your key and room number check outs at 11
