“Conference stay”

Repeat trip to this hotel for national conference attendance. Provides a quality stay, business center kept me in touch and great value for limited travel budget.

My husband, teenage son and I just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel in National Harbor- near D.C. I attended a conference at the conference center across the street and the Hampton Inn was very convenient. we loved having breakfast provided at no extra charge each morning. Also, the customer service was superb. We had one incident where our bed linens were changed and replaced with wrong size sheets. We called to front desk at 10:00 p.m. when we discovered it and within 10 mins. someone arrived with another set and helped us put them on the bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay!! The staff were great, rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was an added bonus.

Room was very spacious. Was able to have a small get together for one memeber of a group that was traveling together for their birthday without space complaints. Room was tidied up while we were out leaving us feeling comfortable and feeling uninterrupted during our stay.

Hampton has customer service down to a "t"! Very pleased. even had a lifeguard at the pool! Breakfast was good with lots of choices to please every type of eater.

I stayed here with some friends for a convention. It was a good room and the free breakfast was nice.

“I will probably stay here again, but...”

Breakfast service was not up to the standard of previous Hampton Inn stays. It seemed the one-person hostess could not keep up with demand even though the facility was only 51% booked. Otherwise, everything was great--well-located, convenient parking with in and out privileges, well-maintained facility.

I was in there for business and participating in nearby conference almost two weeks ago. And it was very safe place. Still I remember it being kind and comfortable.
