“Service and room cleanliness need improvement”

Stayed there for business three nights before gratefully moving to another hotel. The bathroom had patches of mold from floor to ceiling, and the towels had holes. The continental breakfast only had options for cereal, toast, or apples. The staff was knowledgeable of only one area restaurant, and did not assist with luggage for shuttle transport. Though my bill was prepaid, staff tried to charge me a second time when I checked out.

“Not impressed.”

The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean, but there were ants in the room. They need to get an exterminator for this. I saw ants on the desk, the floor and even some in the bed. This needs to be cleaned up, otherwise the room was ok.

“Oxon Hill Review”

A very reasonable hotel for a good price that is very close to the Gaylord area, but much less expensive. The shuttle can take you there or other close places several times a day. Unfortunately there is no close Metro station. Staff was very nice and responsive, though their computer to print boarding passes, etc. is minimal. A good value when you just need a place to stay for a few nights. Restaurants withing walking distance are OK.

“Won't be back - Website pictures are very misleading”

My hotel room did not at all look like the pictures presented under the "lodging info" of the website. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom which is not good if you're not traveling alone. There was a STRONG, re-ocurring foul sewage smell. The neighborhood was kind of rough
