Not good relation between price quality, is one of the most expensive in the city, and the locations is perfect, but the rooms are very small, and the noice is terrible, it was imposible to sleep until 1 am. They don’t include breakfast, the WiFi doesn’t have good quality, they do offer free parking. I think they should invest in double glass windows for canceling the noice. And reduce their prices, the rooms are not good for the price.

We did not get the room we booked and after the booking they sent a note and tried to up the rates The room was suppose to be street/balcony with a king They told me all these particular room were smoking??The restaurant food was eatable

The hotel is in great condition being that the building is over 100 years old. Great architecture and location but the beds are a little too hard

Seriously nice staff at this place. Most all speak English, even when I tried my spanish. Bathroom really small, would have to step out to change your mind. No problem really. Bed kind of hard, but didn't stop a good nights sleep. Automatic alarm clock every morning at 0715 with the church bells. Good restaurants. Alan at the Patio is a very very nice and capable chap. Will go back in a heart beat.

Colonial style hotel right in the center of the city. Cool dine in spots and gift shops threw throughout. You get the country, far away from Metropolitan feel here in the city.

El hotel Ceballos es muy lindo y esta situado en el corazón de Colima. Al llegar nos atendieron rápidamente y el check in fue bastante rápido y sin percances. Se nos ofreció bebidas al llegar también. Eramos un grupo grande ya que a una boda. Subimos a nuestro cuarto y oh sorpresa que no funciona el toilet. Lo pudieron arreglar hasta el día siguiente. Asi que pasamos la noche sin toilet. No habia cuartos disponibles ya que había un festival muy grande. Las paredes son ultra delgadas y puedes oír absolutamente todo. El hotel renta sus balcones para el festival y estuvimos oyendo a la familia Mora toda la noche a grito tendido. Pero lo bueno es que el festival termina a las 12 y ya pudimos Recomiendo este hotel ya que es muy pintoresco y bonito lugar. Solo los cuartos creo necesitan ser revisados antes de que lleguen los huéspedes. Lo mejor para mi fue el buffet de desayuno! La señora me preparo un pan tostado francés delicioso y tambien prepara tortillas de maiz a mano. Pienso que si necesita un ayudante por que se llena asi puede agilizarse el desayuno

The receptionist was slow, the amenities were non-existent, we reserved 3 rooms for my family and myself, one of the toilets did not even work, they could not fix it till the next day and they did not change that room for us. The shower had very old faucets that were very hard to use since you had to turn it a million times in order to get it to work. The bathroom door did not close and did not have a lock (at all). They prioritize parties over comfort, they had all the balconies reserved to other people that were not even staying in the hotel so they could watch a show that was going on in front of the hotel. They have a bar on top of the guest rooms so they are EXTREMELY noisy. They give you such a hard time to give you extra towels. Everything you do is an extra charge, even printing boarding passes. We were not compensated for the toilet not working 1 whole day. My family and I will never stay there again.

El evento que menciona es un Festival Internacional que se realiza frente al hotel, por tal razón el hotel es sede de este gran evento. Contamos con muchos servicios gratuitos como son el uso ilimitado del internet, estacionamiento, bienvenida con conga y toalla refrescante, estación de servicio con cafe te, agua,hielo y en su habitación usted cuenta con cafetera con kit totalmente en cortesía. Lamentamos que su estancia no haya cumplido sus expectativas, esperamos en su próxima visita disfrute usted su estancia. Saludos cordiales.

Beautiful colonial building, very clean, everything worked, safe area, right across from a park. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Some rear parking in an enclosed compound. Nice swimming pool. Church is kitty corner and the church bells do begin to ring early so if you are a light sleeper, request a room at the rear of the building.

We were surprised by our room not having a window. However, it was very quiet and dark so easier to sleep. The bed was firm. Location was fabulous, nearby eating facilities, points of interest and some shopping. We would stay there again.
