The pool could do with a good clean and repainted. Pool deck has rotting board's that will collapse soon if not replaced.

This property is awsome but requires some serious renovations and upgrades. Our room was old and run down, curtains where falling apart and the kitchen was peeling in sections. The hot water system was not working properly either to hot or too cold you keep getting shocked in the changes in water temperature. Seating areas around the pool where dirty and needed a major sweep and clean up. No umbrellas around the pool. The pool needs a major paint job and pieces of rock falling off around the pool. The choice of food at the restaurant is old and nothing has changed since we where there 3 years ago. This place has soo much potential. Otherwise it is amazing for kids and it makes you feel like you are on a Islands some where because of its lay out and tropical nature.

Property in general was looking tired so for actual price paid it was too expensive, there are better value option sin the area. The things you can do around the place are great but the accommodation is very tired.

1) Free to air TV did not work 2) WIFI did not work 3) Its a shame restaurant does not have table service anymore, told to order at bar, much better previously when waiter/waitress took your order at table 4)Very limited items on menu to order from 5) Spa pool not at full capacity, had limited water in it

It was a great resort. The king room however was a bit impractical. No sink in the kitchenette and no space to store clothes or the bags made the room messy for the stay.

Lovely and Clean Accommodation. The only drawback for a couple in their 60’s is the Parking situation is not inside the resort, perhaps we should’ve paid more attention to this minor detail when booking, we saw that premises had parking but in an allocated area.

Staff were all lovely, location was great. Room we were in needed some attention though, fly screen door was broken so had to have the glass door shut which was a shame. Overall though very nice

Car parking was limited - distance to rooms was pretty far when travelling with a baby and toddler, **having our own bedding for kids** had to do a few trips due to no trolleys in our car park. Rooms were old but nice enough. they do need to clean fans. No tea towels in kitchen. Reception staff were friendly and nice. Cleaning staff were very friendly too..

The cabin I stayed in was in desperate need for refurbishment: insect screens damaged, window joinery corroded with questionable locking abilities. Given the price charged breakfast was dissapointing, terrible scrambled eggs made from powder with no other choices (boiled?) Groundkeeper using a petrol leaf blower on a peaceful Saturday morning around the guests, excellent noise treatment together with the exhaust gas lingering around the pool for quite a while. Great location in need for some investment and a good manager

The resort and grounds are very pleasant and it appears they are upgrading their bungalows. However the restaurant would have to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We are going back to Coffs but not stay here because of the experience in the restaurant. My soup had to be eaten with a fork. People were waiting hours for meals. Meals were arriving ice cold. It was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. A real shame because the property is quite good.

Very happy with my stay - Accommodation was fine. Continental breakfast not great - only jam and peanut butter. Not wholemeal or multigrain bread. Usually pastries in a continental breakfast - there was a croisant which was tough.
