Front desk evening staff seemed like they hated their job and barely tolerated my check-in. Morning staff was wonderful and very helpful. The dryer was missing from my room and they found a solution for me. Don't bother with the breakfast unless you have kids that like waffles. The room had a smell of deodorizer or cleaner that was strong. Room had missing trim pieces on doors and around refer cabinet which makes you wonder how well the room is maintained.

We did not stay, and the hotel cheerfully cancelled my reservation after I had found another accommodation across the town. The reason was that the Pool and Hot tub were closed for remodeling. It is scheduled to be completed in JUNE '24. Travelling alone, I would not have cared about it, but I specifically looked for hotels with these, so my teenagers would have a place to swim. The manager said that this information was listed on their website as well as all the other hotel sites. Either I missed it or it was not on Expedia. Either way, I was happy they understood the situation and allowed me to cancel without any penalty. The hotel did appear clean and well managed and if not for the remodel, I would have had a more complete review.

No elevator! We were on the second floor, very noisy from lobby and dining area. Loud music in lobby, setting area outside rooms on second floor occupied by staff from 1130-2:40am. Won’t stay there again!

the pool has been out of commission for some time, and will only be open again for June; I picked this property in large part BECAUSE of the pool - my son was looking forward to the pool. It would have been nice to have been notified well in advance to check in that major listed amenities are out of service.

The pool and hot tub was not working it was under repair. The coffee machine in my room was broken. There was a small amount of coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was very limited.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, pleasant hard-working staff. Good beds, bedding, towels, shower, refrigerator/freezer. Good breakfast, continuous coffee bar. Long bike/walking path next to it. Lots of grass for dogs, outdoor benches, extra parking. Some might not like carpet, and some might think the room too small. Would definately choose this place next time.

Reasonable hotel room right off of Interstate 90. The room is very comfortable with a modern shower. The only disappointment is that the pool and hot tub was not available as the area is being renovated. The hot tub was an important factor for my reservation as I was returning from an aggressive day of skiing and I could have used the water massage jets.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was really really good. The beds were super Comfortable. But the property condition was not that great. The pool and Jacuzzi we're out of service. There was plastic taped up everywhere. It looked like the hotel was under construction while also being open

All in all it wasn't a bad stay. Staff is very friendly and professional. Neighbors tv was as rather loud but we were able to get some sleep through the noise. For the price I can’t complain.

After checking in, I learned that the hot tub has been out of order for some time… hi then asked if the pool at least was warm to wish I was told yes… I then went and put my bathing suit on and upon checking the pool, found it was ice cold… Not happy….

Not to bad; definitely not as nice as I thought it was by looking at the photos on here. The staff was amazing! The pool didn’t work; which was a big factor in picking this place. The showers were not the cleanest.
