“Very satisfied”

For the money it is an excellent value, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We don't know about the breakfast as we did not eat there. We can recommend this facility.

“Happy!”

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with happy staff. My room was clean and neat. The bed was even comfortable. The entire 3 days I was there was nice, it was even quiet.

Great stay. Courteous staff (even offered us fresh baked cookies at 11pm check in time!!). Breakfast was very good - biscuits and gravy included. Pool is small but clean and functional. We had forgotten an address for the hotel and had trouble finding it since it didn't seem to be listed in the yellow pages

“Powder Hunt Ski Base”

On a week-long hunt for northwest powder, we found the best place to stay in the area. More snow than anyone knew what to do with, but the hotel was fully operational and everything ran like clockwork. Modern facility, clean and well kept with the friendliest staff around -- they even hosted a New Year's Eve party for the guests. Close to restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast selections -- fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy were my favorites. My teenagers really enjoyed the late night PB&J. Very relaxing indoor pool and spa -- always clean with towels setup on every chair. I felt like I was in a full service resort. Can't wait to get back for another fabulous trip.

“Great for the price”

The hotel desk staff was great in solving the confusion of our rooms. They were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I have a hard time sleeping in hotel beds, but not here! My kids loved making waffles every morning. Food never ran out even if guests were still getting breakfast at 9:30 or later. This hotel served our purpose: restful, great breakfast and convenient to hyw 95. The one down fall, one person in our group left a pair of shoes and will be charged a shipping fee to have them returned to the person's home address. It took several phone calls (to the local hotel and to the corporate office) and put on hold serval times for more than 15 minutes with no satisfaction. I was very surprised by this, for I have left items when staying at other hotels and have had them returned within two days.

Hotel had very nice scent throughout hallways. Very clean. Continental breakfast was very nice. Front desk employee was very nice. We had a ver nice stay.

“Great Value, Great Staff”

I was attending a conference being held at the Coeur D'Alene Resort. They wanted $179 a night for their cheapest room PLUS parking PLUS a fee for the internet. The Comfort Inn cost me $72.50 with tax, parking was plentiful and free, and high speed wireless internet was complimentary. When I arrived, the girl at the check-in counter was very helpful and courteous. The Housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of keeping things neat and clean. Everything was in good working order. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, I had a 100% positive experience.

Common areas not all that well kept up, however the room was extremely clean and comfortable.
