There was a wedding when we arrived, so we kept walking bent over and carried our luggage to the room so the wheels wouldn't go click click click on the tile and disturb the ceremony. Also during the ceremony looked for the ice machine all over then went to front desk who told us we simply call them. Never heard of that before. They mentioned to management that they thought they should tell guests at check in and management said no. Let me tell you, they should say yes! We also were told the pool was open until 11. By the time we finally got up to the pool area it was 8:30 and they told us there the pool was now closed. WHAT! Suggest this should all be on a card that is handed to guests along with the key in simple bold print. Then the jacuzzi that we had filled started leaking. We called and they said they would send engineering. No one came. The water got lower and hotter, it did not keep the same temperature. We went to sleep with the sound of the jets going, could not stay up because we had to get up at 3:30 to get to the airport. They said it was a 6 hour timer. Why weren't we asked how long it should run? Or better yet, why couldn't we turn it off and on? We wasted a bunch of time on things we shouldn't have and our short stay was not the pleasant respite we needed.
