We loved this place! Friendly, clean, affordable Pool and hot tub open 24 hours Free breakfast Easy 60 minute drive from Salt Lake City Easy 30 minute drive to Park City Gas station and little store next door Not many restaurants in the little town of Coleville, we found pizza and Subway, so be prepared for that

We stayed here during Sundance. While it's out of town and away from the festival action -- which we liked very much -- it's a third of the cost of the cheapest Park City accommodation. Save your money for PC dining (you'll need it) and stay at this super comfortable and convenient property.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the state of the equipment in the fitness center. The treadmill will not balanced and the exercise bike seat was hazardous. I was adjusting the seat to my preference and the seat fell hard on my thumb. The staff was excellent in helping me get a bandaid, antibiotic ointment and ice.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was adequately clean. The TV had 2 vertical lines show if you wanted to watch something it was SUPER annoying. The continental breakfast was pretty limited and several of us were waiting for restocking at 8:25AM even though it closed at 9AM. Dark parking lot and limited parking.

This is our go to place to stay when we are in the area. Always a comfortable bed and friendly service. We did have a bit of noise this time from a family with a loud toddler in the hallway and some older gentlemen as well. But I will say this is the FIRST time we have had this in the many times we have stayed.

Another good stay at Holiday Hills
Check is was quick and easy. We were just here for a quick overnight and this was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was usual fare for breakfast but still good. A nice variety from waffles to cereal to eggs and sausage. A lady was asking something as she had food allergies. The manager went in the back and got the answer quickly. We have stayed here many times before and won't hesitate to stay here again.
