“Great location, excellent breakfast”
The Stirk House is in an excellent location, just off the A59. A 16th Century manor house with what look like 1960s extensions to the rear. Extensive grounds for a walk, with open countryside all around.
The staff are smart, friendly and helpful. Whilst the rooms in the extension are a little dated, they are clean and fresh with new furniture and comfortable beds. The desks are a bit small though. Bathrooms clean and well presented with plenty of hot water
Overall ambiance is excellent, everything just feels right.
The breakfast service was excellent, everything cooked to perfection and friendly attentive staff.
