“not impressed”

evening staff when we checked in unfriendly hardly said 2 words to us. We requested a no smoking room and got a smoking room. we asked if we could have a different room. answered no. not a good situation for an asthma person. Morning staff at lest greeted you with a smile when we passed in the hallway

“No personal touch”

When we got there the people wanted to argue with us about the reservation and said there was no garentee since we booked through someone else but I called not once but twice and was told no problems with my request. I got nothing of what i wanted.

“Very Clean”

The hotel was extremely clean and there was lots to do within a half hour drive. No extras but for the price it was perfect.
