This hotel has so many perks to the pool, breakfast, and clean rooms. The only issue I had was a bug was in the dresser.

Thank you for the nice comments about the perks and cleanliness. The guest room you were in was included in our regular pest control routine on February 22nd. During the winter it is a twice a month visit. It was reported no "bugs" seen in the forty rooms sprayed that day. Please except my apologies for us not catching the results of the our regular maintenance.

This property was outdated and dirty. They slapped some modernized features in the room but my pillows and sheets had hair and stains on them. The front desk worker was nowhere to be found for about 15 mins and WREAKED of alcohol when coming around the desk. There was also left over food in my room fridge from the previous people. Further proving these rooms are not cleaned. The room he tried to give us before was worse.

Great location to the Fairgrounds. Overall excellent property and location. Downfall there’s no elevator. We’re retired senior citizens and our room was on 2nd floor The room was clean except for the bathroom tub There was a handprint and hair on the edge of the tub

Great place to stay in Sedalia
Hotel was clean, front desk staff were nice. Bed was super comfy, I was very pleasantly surprised by that. Breakfast was good.

We have several friends who choose this hotel
Excellent service We needed extra towels because of the wonderful pool and were issued immediately The breakfast was a buffet and plentiful Room was handy to get to Very quiet setting
