Nice pool. Pretty good breakfast. Easy access to interstate. Lots of chain restaurants and grocery stores in area.

Second stay in this hotel,,very good location ,close to the highway,sshopping,etc. The staff was very attentive and friendly,not the most updated room , but was clean and the ground are well kept..could not beat it for the price.. I would stay again,as well as recomend it to others

“Cleveland Airport”

The staff was very nice but the hotel is run down and in need of lots of maintenance. The bed was the worst I have had in a hotel. The sheets were old and the air conditioner was so loud that a good night's rest was impossible. It was a great deal on Expedia but not so great when you can't sleep. Big disappointment for a Marriott branded property.

“Roomy and comfortable but not so great kitchen”

It was nice to have room to spread out. The layout was great, with two bedrooms and bathrooms and also a living room. The upstairs bathroom was very small and functional. The seating area in the kitchen was very nice and there was one large desk in the downstairs bedroom. The "fully stocked" kitchen did not have anything to bake with. After calling the front desk, I was told that rooms are supplied with pots and pans only. Unfortunately, the condition of the kitchen was not so great. I am not sure if our room was typical or not. There was grime covering the surfaces, and when opening the dishwasher, it felt like the whole thing was coming out of the wall. This place would be ideal if only the kitchen had been cleaner and the appliances updated.

“Expected MUCH more ... got less”

Large kitchen that felt like home. Nothing fancy, but had stove, fridge, cupboards full of dishes and utensils. Downhill from there... We had our two middle school sons with us. Very small cramped bathroom. There were four of us. The pull out sofa was very cheaply made and we had to move most of the furniture to make room to get it open. Floor and carpet seemed quite old and one wanted to wear shoes all the time.

“Yuck!”

I stayed at other Residence Inns, and this is gross in comparison! Very outdated & stinky room. Fireplace is nice. The studio with 2 queens is much too small for the 4 of us. Found out that the main bldg isn't connected to ours. The walk outside wouldn't have been bad, except that it is pouring rain and the sidewalks are flooded (now my pants are soaked)!. I willl never stay here again and can't wait to get home! I don't understand why this hotel got such nice reviews. Have these people never stayed in a decent hotel before?
