“Marriott Residence Inn a Well Kept Secret!”

Hotel experience was great once we found it. Didn't have a GPS with us. Huge elevated sign was visible from I-71, but not visible from access road. We asked for directions at a fast food restaurant and the 3 employees weren't aware of it. The only phone number on the confirmation was the toll free reservations number, with no local number to call the hotel. Once we located the hotel and checked into our room, we were within 100 feet of the back of the fast food restaurant that didn't know that they existed. The Cleveland Airport Marriott Residence Inn is a well kept secret. Needless to say, they need better signage and a local number on the reservation documentation.

“Friendly Service”

I was a distressed passenger from the airport. The airline did not give me the proper voucher and sent me to another hotel. At 12:00 midnight, that hotel would not take care of me due to the voucher. Not the Mariott! They took care of me, and made me feel right at home.

“A Good Place to Stay”

The bathroom was way too small. Everything else was fine. It is a very comfortable suite, with a full kitchen and a living area with couch and chair.

For the price I paid, this was a great value. The staff was very accomodating and the room was like an apartment. 5 of 5 stars.

The numbers above speak for themselves. In each of my 4 annual stays here, I've found it to be a very good, comfortable, quiet and attractive place stay. The scrambled eggs are divine.

“Great location”

This hotel has a GREAT location. Easy freeway access, close to food and coffee and just a few blocks from a nice walking trail, The Cleveland Parks Lake to Lake trails. Room was clean, safe and quiet. We needed two rooms and they put us next to each other as requested. Only thing missing was an oven in the room. Would stay there again.

This hotel is about 7-10 minutes away from the airport, which is great. The front desk staff was extremely nice. The room was also great. I really liked the fact that it had a kitchen. I had pizza delivered to my room from one of the local pizzeria. The pizza was delicious and the service was quick. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I have no complaints!

Very happy with this hotel. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping, airport, IX center, and major roadways.
