“not impressed”

There was black mold on the shower ceiling. Bathtub surface was eroded. It was very quiet which is the only great thing about it. Business center was difficult to use. I would not go back.

“This place is OLD and needs work!”

My room was so-so, window did not close all the way and debris was in the window sill, very noisy as it's right next to the freeway. Bathroom very tiny, sink outside the bathroom, yuk. Linens and bed were great. Was there for a 40th class reunion and the room was so hot they had to bring in fans that did not help, many of us left to go someplace else. Staff was very stressed but tried to please.

“Old and Dirty”

The facade of the hotel has been upgraded, but the rooms are old and dirty. Mold in shower, stains on sheets and more dust than you could imagine. I have staid at much nicer hotels and didn't have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was not inclued and the fruit cups had rotten fruit. The only bright spot was the indoor heated pool which was very nice.

“not impressed at all and overpriced”

The positive: The bed was very comfortable. The negatives:There was paper over our window and we coul not see out and when I called the front desk they said that there had been some painting done and they would see what they could do to get it removed, never did. When I tried to use the microwave it wouldnt work so I finally realized that I had to unplug coffee pot to plug it in{fridge was in other outlet]} The breakfast buffet was $12.50 which I think for the price of the room should have been included.

“We've stayed in better!”

I had stayed in this hotel a few years ago. Surprised to see how little upkeep has been done to the hotel and surrounding landscape. The room was clean, but the bathroom outlets in both rooms which we rented did not work....fortunately we had no pressing reasons to use our hairdryers or irons. Both rooms received a 6 am wake up call, which woke the baby in one of our rooms. (the calls occured both mornings!). The pool has obviously not been maintained in a very long time....peeling paint on the walls and missing tiles on the stairs. Very little attractive landscape surrounding the building. A guest checking out in front of me complained of stepping in a puddle of tar in the parking lot. Hotel staff very unfriendly, considering we had to pass the front desk each time we exited and entered the hotel. Not once were we greeted. Probably will not return again. Very expensive considering the cons of this hotel.

“Not impressed”

I have stayed in many hotels to include another Radisson and this was the worst hotel ever! No friendly staff at all. From the beginning at check in- short and simple and to the point was what the receptionist gave us. No type of greeting. In the morning and evening we would just get a look but no good morning or evening came out their mouth. No amenities explained when we checked in. The room are just that a room. The hotel is right off the highway near nothing. There wasn't an area outside to seat and relax with the family. Not a family friendly place. I would not go back at all.

“Eastlake disappointment”

The hotel rooms are small, the bathroom is even smaller, and the beds are horrible. The bathroom was not well maintained (ex: grout cracking and resealed) and one of the smallest I've ever been in. The beds are supposed to be adjustable, but nietherr my friend or I had remotes that worked. The room flucuated between being bearable (we set the thermostat at 70 degrees) and a sauna. At one point we looked at the thermometer and it was 81 degrees. This hotel needs to be updated. I'd give it barely a 3 star rating. Disappointing, especially considering the cost. Go to Quail Hollow or Cleveland.

“Filthy and Poor Staff”

The room was filthy and the carpet was full of stains. Paint was chipping off of the walls in our room as well as in the pool area. There was no jetted tub as advertised and the so-called kitchen was nothing more than a small hall outside of the bathroom with a bathroom sink a microwave and a small refrigerator. A roll away bed was requested at check in and we were told it would be brought up at 8:00. At 9:30 it was still not there and when we called about it, they said they had none left. Staff was not nice and had extreme attitude. The staff was clueless about procedures and when a manager was requested, none was on duty. There were raccoons in the garbage cans at the entrance and the staff, again, was clueless about how to handle the problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any purpose. There are several other nice hotels in the area for similar rates.
