No internet

Posted 05-Jul-2015
The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff polite but their advertised free internet was almost none existent. I couldn't use the Internet at all from my room and even in the lobby it was sporadic. I complained several times to the staff who eventually just gave up trying to reset and fix the system. I ended up checking out a week early and going somewhere else so I could be able to get work done. I know Internet is a trivial thing but when it's a requirement for your job you need it to work reliably.

Great location!

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: Proximity to the Quicken Loans arena and Progressive Field ( literally across the street).
We arrived at 9 pm after an unbelievable trip. Check in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it had 2 double beds instead of the king that we reserved. (bummer). since we were going to game 6 of the NBA finals, we didn't have time to quibble. The next day we asked about switching to a king room and were told all of those were already occupied for the 5 nights we had remaining. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and the remaining one was a little slow and scary.

Excellent location

Posted 12-Jun-2015
The hotel was right where we needed to be & the staff was very professional, friendly, & helpful. The price seemed a little high for the quality of the room, but given the timing & location I guess it wasn't too unreasonable. (Seemed to be a slightly older facility that could use a bit of upgrade, & the room seemed a little small to charge over $200.)

Nice hotel - staff unprofessional

Posted 01-Jun-2015
Hotel very nice that was very unprofessional. Do quite a bit of traveling for business and I've never stayed in such an unprofessional hotel my life,. I couldn't check on until 4 PM didn't have waffles or pancakes on the Sunday for my son and no Wi-Fi in the room despite five different phone calls to management.

Hello and thank you for staying with us. I would like to apologize for the problems that occurred during your stay. Our check in time does states 4pm, and if a room is available we would have certainly checked you in before 4pm. We are currently going through a WIFI upgrade so we hope to have better WIFI for our guest in the near future. Again I would like to apologize and we hope to have these matters corrected soon.

Hotel was close to Progressive Field

Posted 24-May-2015
Pros: Close to the ballpark.
Cons: Read the "Write about your experience." box.
Location: Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. All the sports venues, many restaurants and bars.
The floor we were on was very noisy and filled with cigarette smoke. Our room was located next to an elevator and it was in constant use by the partiers. The sofa in our room had numerous stains on it which made us afraid to even sit on it. Overall, I was very disappointed in our visit. It was a complete waste of $200.00!!
