We loved this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are huge and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar was wonderful, and we really enjoyed having Laura take care of us. I would stay here every night if I could.

Great stay! Only downside was there weren’t extra trash bags and sometimes when calling the valet the call didn’t get transferred to them so you’re waiting around with the valet not knowing you requested your car.

The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Restaurant had good food. We will stay here again when we come back to Cleveland

It’s a little pricey, because of the proximity to the main campus of Cleveland clinic. But it’s a nice facility and the employees were friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite good. I don’t like to valet park, but you have to remember where you are and it’s best to just go ahead if you stay at this hotel and let them park your car. It took me three minutes to walk, but there is also a shuttle.

One of our double beds had several large brown dirty marks on the blanket . Looks like it was not changed. We called the main desk and they said they could not change them a that time, they just came a left clean sheets. The bathroom floor was not completely clean either. Staff was nice though.

Service seemed slow. The room was adequate, but not very comfortable. I guess for a hotel typically used to house medical patients or family, it was OK but not fabulous

It is close to the Cleveland Clinic and very easy to get to the appointments using the shuttle bus.

A Great Place to Land!
This hotel was a good place to stay for having an appointment at Cleveland Clinic with a shuttle that runs every 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious & clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very welcoming & helpful. We wished the toilets had been taller and that there could’ve been patient discounts available for our stay. This wasn’t our first visit and it won’t be our last.

From the time of your arrival till your check out you are treated with respect and kindness. Staff are always willing to provide any assistance you may need. The only negative was the bathroom door locked inside and you could not open it once inside the restroom. The staff said it would be taken care of ASAP. We would highly recommend this hotel!

I like the layout of the room. Sink is at outside of bathroom. Plenty of space. Bed is very comfortable. Valet parking only, have to call to get your car ready.

Avoid for anything close to 4 star experience
Worst “4 star” hotel experience ever. Dirty room and property, mediocre to poor service, room had broken and shabby parts everywhere, pullout super uncomfortable (even for a pullout), no dishes or silverware in the “kitchenette”, stained sheets. Avoid this place at all costs. No idea how it’s gotten 8.6 stars from travelers, unless the Cleveland Clinic is fixing people up with no cost rooms that exceed their low expectations or something. This is a 2.5 star hotel at best

In the sleeping areas of most hotel rooms there is a bench or settee to place your suitcases on. Our room had neither. We had to keep out suitcases in the living room area - and wallk back and forth. Even a portable folding unit would have helped.
