Hotel staff were fantastic, they were helpful with directions, restaurant choices, activities, etc...All were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, easy to relax in .

This hotel was fabulous. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and a large size. There is also a beautiful view of the city. I just wish there would have been a free continental breakfast. Other than that, it was great.

I love the convenience of the location, no matter where you want to go in Cleveland. Their breakfast buffet is Awesome, get it every time. Love being there!

The hotel and our room were clean. The pool area was very nice and clean. The service was friendly and helpful and the location convenient, as we walked to Wolstein Center. It was a great deal and very nice for this level of hotel.

Great hotel for a stay in Cleveland. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Hotel is right across the street from Progressive Field. Short drive to Rock and Roll HOF and Browns Stadium.

The rooms were big and clean. The food was great at the hotel. The pool was very nice and the hot tub. I stayed with my very young son and I felt safe at the hotel.
