“Very comfortable”

My partner and I spent 6 nights here in October. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice TV, 1-cup coffee maker, and the usual amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. The hotel has an exercise room with some cardio equipment, and a spa, but we didn't take advantage of them. The room did not have a microwave or fridge, but when I enquired at the desk, they did provide us with a microwave. They also provide fridges on request, but all of their units had already been requested, so we made due without. There was a bit of noise from the nearby freeway, but nothing too distracting. Other than the usual noise from people in the hallway, the room was pretty quiet. Overall, it was a very quiet and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and the bathroom was huge. We fit a lot of people in the room and were all comfortable. It was easy to access off the freeway and the price was reasonable. We would stay here again.

“Great place for business or leisure”

Well maintained, quiet room. Convenient location right off I-271 and 90. Excellent value. Not a lot of frills, but I'd recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Hotel would get a solid "A" rating from me... I though it was a tad expensive, but the location couldn't have been better.

“bad choice!”

My husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel. We got to our room and unpacked. Then we discovered that the AC/Heat unit was broken. We called the front desk...they sent a repair man into our room to try and fix the unit. He couldn't fix it so they transferred us to a different room. We had to pack up all our things and move. The next room had an air unit that worked...but there was mold all in the unit. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat. When my husband and I went down to breakfast we told the lady working in the dining room that the price of our breakfast was included in or room price (that we payed through expedia). She checked with the front desk and came back to us saying that our breakfast was not covered but they agreed to let us eat anyways. The experience was overall negative. We will never stay there again. Way overpriced for this poor quality hotel.
