We found our one-night stay very comfortable. It is nothing fancy and could be a bit noisy , with the windows open, since there is a lot of traffic,but overall our stay was pleasant enough. We found the staff friendly and very approachable and always ready to give directions or answer other questions.(one thing we did find strange is there are no screens on the windows)

First time we've stayed at this chain. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The hotel service was excellent. We asked for several "additional" items including a crib, extra pillows, new coffee pot, and directions which were all readily provided in a friendly manner. The pool was heated which was nice, even though it was not very big. The children enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was okay; standard fare, hard boiled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast and bagels. Convenient to Cleveland and Wild Water Kingdom. The free chocolate chip cookies offered in the evening was a nice touch.

The free breakfast was good, coffee, sausage, waffles, cereal, juice. Coffee was available all the time. Computer in lobby could not get internet and counter person busy so I didn't ask if he could fix the problem. Small gym and pool but not very busy and convenient.

If you stay, please make sure that your coffee pot fits the coffee maker. We made coffee in room, went back after brewing and found that coffee went everywhere. for the price the hotel did what was needed. There are plenty of eating locations within 2 miles away;/ a walmart within 1 mile/ starbucks within 2 miles. that should cover everything that you may need.
