Disliked: Cleanliness
Was able to park in the handicap area. Being disabled, its not always easy to get a handicap spot. The bad, our room was dirty, sticky counters, dirty sheets and comforter. But was close to elevator. But no ice machine, but was a soda machine. Then we called down to front desk, and she moved us to the third floor to another room, but it was all the way down to the end of the hall. Was not an easy walk to the elevator, but we made it through. The youmg woman at the front desk said they were having issues with the cleaning person , so they new the rooms may not have been up to par. The ac wasnt working that well either. We did stay hot in the room. But just wanted to not have to pack up again, to move to another room. It was my wifes Birthday, and she thought them having a pool, would be good for us to go swim. But found out that its closed until June. So that was disappointing because thats the biggest reason we chose there. Just overall, Very Disappointed. Wont be going back
