The cleaning lady tried to open our door without knocking when we were in the room. The bottom of the bathroom door was all shredded. The lobby bathroom was out of order. The sitting area by the lobby had rugs and stuff all stored in it. It was mostly clean.

When traveling on business, I look for value. Amenities are low here and you won't hang out in the lobby. The lady at the desk was pleasant. My room was clean and nice. Proximity to the highway was excellent. You won't walk there but Cleburne is very close for restaurants and items you forgot. Safe surroundings. I highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, quiet, clean place.

Lobby is locked, guests cant enter lobby. Which means no breakfast offerings either. When i asked she about that i got a donut in plastic and a granola bar passed through the slot. They will only interact with you throw the small 3inch hole in the glass like your in a prison. The hotel is freshley remodeled but they used couches that have no cushions like lawn chair equipment Check in experience makes you feel like your at an hourly hotel. They are so worried about the AC getting out of front office they block the hole to pass your cards/ID through with a pillow. So you have to call the number on wall to get ahold of someone mid afternoon.

We stayed one night at Best Way Cleburne. I was very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. I did not have interaction with any staff so I cannot comment on that area. Only complaint I have is that the website says continental breakfast and there was none. But for the price of the room I would not expect to have free breakfast. We plan to stay at Best Way the next time we are in the Cleburne area.

Property looked promising from the outside but once inside it was the opposite. No staff around when you check in. The room was questionable as to sleep under the covers or not. Pillow cases looked yellow/dirty and they were flat. Breakfast was very disappointing, all they had was cereal and pb&j (jar) and bread. First and last time staying at that place.

Worst motel ever!
The owner was so horrible to us! She hung up on me before we got there and then when i asked a question about the charge on my card she started screaming at me telling me she was not going to explain anything else to me at 1 in the morning because we woke her up! Do not stay here!
