I have stayed here many times and it is perfect for the price. Room was a little run down around the edges, but that isn't a concern for me. Love this place.

The property is far off the populated area. The room was excellent with clean floors, bed and towels. The parking lot felt very unsafe and with nothing surrounding the buildings it was extremely loud. The other guests in the parking lot were far away but sounding like they were standing on the other side of the window. Inexpensive and the fridge, microwave, tv & a/c worked fine.

Uncomfortable Place to Stay
Being a 2-star motel, I am aware that I need to lower my standards. However for the price, I expected a little more. Checking in was a bit sketchy as the office was closed so you had to ring a doorbell to call someone. There's a window to the side, where it's tinted and you don't clearly see who's on the other side. Issues: - There's stains on the comforter - The front door is worn out - Bathroom towels are dirty and not shower towels - I may have discovered a flea on the nightstand and tried to kill it, but it got away - A/C is loud (but at least it works) Ok - Convenient check out process (drop key in box) - It was near the event that I was attending - Shower/Sink works - There's wifi

Not a good experience
I was very disappointed and dismayed to find that motel was not "pet friendly" as I pick this specifically to bring a dog that needed medical health at a local vet. The owner show me a big sign in red saying "No Dogs Allowed". Your website and other sites say the motel is pet friendly and dogs are allow. The owner charged me $30.00 more to allow the dog to stay. Room linens appeared to be stained if not dirty. Very disappointed.

Didn't like anything about it. Tried telling us that we had no reservation and argued about it. Finally gave us room that was dirty and a smelled of pot. No security locks on door. Not a good stay at all. If there was anything else around we would have left.

Relative to the area
I was generous with my rating because of the two other motels I stayed at in the area recently. I’m moving up so I just wanted a cheap quick stay while I was looking for a permanent place to live. Although this motel was obviously run down it was cleaner and had nicer amenities than the other hotels in the area at the same price. The door took some real elbow grease to lock and the bed was not the most comfortable...This is not a place to go for a luxury stay… But if you were in the same boat as I was… I would choose this one again over the others.

The property was dirty the room had a breeze through the door The Towels were small towels. I asked for a couple of new towels after using our for 2 days and he gave me a hard time about it. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Very small bathroom. Water pressure and shower head need replacing. I asked for more toilet paper and he gave me a hard time. There were people living there I think they were up all night making noise and running around well after 1 am every night.

It seems more of a working “smoking” camp than a motel. The room seemed to have been bath into Pine Sol to tried to mask the cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant, this is not a smoke free establishment.

bullet hole in the window, people living at the motel, working on cars in parking lot, men catcalling the females, given grief about having a pet at a, "pet friendly" location, TV didn't work, a/c wasn't consistent, door knob literally came apart and could not secure the room, beds felt like parchment paper layed over a pile of springs, every surface was sticky... the only positive thing was we were refunded when we checked out two days early.
