The weekend staff is a hateful old lady, the housekeeping staff wants you gone by 9 and they are quite vocal about it, in between a CBD gas station and a construction pit, with a pathetic mexican restaurant onsite that wont mix a margarita outside happy hour. Avoid this place, spend the extra $4 and stay somewhere nice with professional staff.

I’m very disappointed in this hotel because they took my money and I didn’t stay at the place! It was around 8pm and the wrong hotel was ordered. I tied everything to fix the issue and was told I had to take a loss. I don’t believe that’s fair because error happens. They wouldn’t let me change my hotel or cancel. They hotel was 3 hours away from where we was and I just drove 8 hours and was tried, cold and sleepy! I had insurance and was told No change of anything. So I had to pay for another hotel and very disappointed in the Expedia.

Staff was hateful, checked on extending my stay and the woman went off on me. Housekeeping are horrid, pestering from 8:30 until 11am checkout time. Moved to the America's Best for my last 3 weeks, that place was great

Great location and convenient to everything! Parking very close to 1st floor room for easy access. Great for us seniors with mobility issues.
