“Not likely to return”

Mold in bathroom, peeling wallpaper and extremely limited breakfast choices make for a bad choice in hotels.

“home trip”

Hotel accommadation were nice. Facility location is easy to find and location in nice area for shopping and dining.

“not impressed”

Hotel condition was so so. Staff had unprofessional demeanor. Breakfast was inadequate.

“Reviews were misleading”

The customer reviews were pretty good for this hotel, but I wouldn't stay again. Room wasn't very comfortable and we had to go get more towels. The "full breakfast" was set-up in a closet - cereal and oatmeal. I would pay a little more money for better quality next time.

“Convenience and cleanliness make this hotel a winner”

Located at I-24 and exit 4, Hotel is very clean with a friendly staff. Convenient to nice mall and many restaurants to choose from. We will be staying there on our next trip to TN. Highly recommend.

“Great Hotel”

We've stayed here before when our son was being deployed & love the location & the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in a place where it's right off the expressway & close to restaurants & shopping centers.

“Ok for one night”

The hotel was clean, staff was freindly. The beds were not very comfortable.

“I would stay here again”

The continental breakfast was a little sparse, but the important things, cleanliness and service, were top notch. The location is great too, lots of shopping, food, and the highway close by.
