“Best in the area”

“Hilton Garden Inn is Great!”
The check in was a breeze. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The checkout was great; just called to the front desk and told them we where departing and left the keys in the room. I will definitely stay again when I am in Clarksville.
“First trip to Clarksville”
The hotel was new so everything still had the nice clean well kept feel. Our room was very nice and clean. The shower door trac could have been cleaner as it had some kind of build up on it. We really enjoyed the bed with the adjustable mattress. Very comfortable. The pillows however were square and a little hard to get used to. We didn't use the restaurant or other facilities so can't make a comment on those. We would definitely stay here again or consider a Hilton Garden Inn in another location.
“Hilton Garden Inn”
The hotel was great. I think it is fairly new, so everything looks nice, new and clean. Check in was fast, we were in our room within 10 minutes of pulling in the parking lot. I only have two complaints and they would not keep me from staying there again. First, after getting to our room we discovered that the toilet would not flush properly, after telling the desk staff the toilet was worked on, unfortunately it was not completely fixed. We did tell them again, but for our two night stay the toilet never flushed correctly. They did offer us free breakfast at the hotel restaunt. The other thing was that I found a pair of thong underware hanging on the inside of the lamp shade, we informed the desk staff and someone came and removed them. Where they were hanging I could understand why housekeeping missed them. Overall the hotel is very nice, and the staff tried to correct and compensate for any problem that we had.
“Exactly as represented on web(maybe even better)”
The king suite is wonderful and most comfortalbe. Loved to bath. Handy to have two tv's for separate viewing. Bed was comfortable, but not like my waterbed at home sadly. It was everything we could have wanted. Breakfast experience was fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
“Enjoyable”
My experience at this Hilton was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well supplied with towels. The breakfast buffet, not a complementary breakfast, was reasonably priced and delicious. My one concern was the amount of chlorine (or some chemical) in the pool/spa. It was actually so strong in the spa that I was unable to remain in the spa as it was causing my eyes to water. With that exception, I would recommend this Hilton and would stay there again.
“Nice Motel”
fairly typical for the class. Room was extremely large but could have used more furniture to fill the space. The room was very clean and the staff helpful.
“Great hotel.....would certainly go back!”
It was just a really nice place to stay. My two sisters and myself went for a wedding and we were able to get a room with an adjoining door. We were able to have privacey and able to converse with one another. It was really clean and the beds, and especially the pillows, were luxurious. It had a happy hour in the lobby with appetizers and you were able to get a complete breakfast in the lobby each morning. Really nice place. Would definitely recommend it!
