“Close To Fort Campbell”

This was a great hotel, close to freeway access and a short drive to Fort Campbell. It was clean and quiet! I would stay there again if I needed to make a return trip to Fort Campbell.

“"would never use again!"”

4 night stay at this hotel...should have left after 1 night!! Checked in...got room no problem. Next morning went to use shower...not even enough pressure to transfer water to shower head. Contacted office for them to say "well we've never had that problem before", and they had no maintence man. So we had to switch rooms that morning. After switching rooms and settleing in...found a used diaper behind the bathroom door! Then afterbeing in the room maybe 15 min, we had an entire family trying to enter our room with a room key. They were trying to book another family into the room they just gave us! 2nd evening arriving back at hotel.. room key did not work. Went to office to ask why and get fixed she said "well how much longer are you going to be here?" EXCUSE ME?? what does that matter... We also had to tune out the manager that made his personal cell phone calls outside our room pacing back and forth.. carring on a loud conversation late evenings and early some mornings..... We've stayed in Days Inn's before, but never one like this and never again!!

“Not impressed”

From check-in to check-out, there was no indication from staff that they were glad to have me stay with them. The staff was distracted; the continental breakfast was a joke; and no receipt was offered at checkout. A week earlier I had stayed at a nice Days Inn in Ohio and was thinking that maybe Days Inn was a reliable provider of services. But this experience brought me back to reality; there is no consistency within a hotel chain.

the only problem with the motel was that thebathroom sweated really bad. other than that it was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

“Doable when in need of peace of mind”

I provided my name and showed my ID at check-in...NO additional deposit was required. The room was clean with basic amenities. Their Wi-Fi was always working!! The location is near the HWY and a convenience store making it easy to travel and grab basic necessities.
