Swimming pool very good. Early bird meal was delicious, internet access was a bonus,hotel was within walking distance of town centre. overall a good base for us to explore the area. Would recommend to family and friends and we would certainly hope to return in the future. A very positive experience with friendly pleasant staff.

“Great all in one hotel”

Great hotel in Ennis close to Shannon Aiprort. Has it all: pool, fitness, a few restaurants, live entertainment. Staff very helpful.

“Great hotel for the price”

This hotel catered to families on holiday. If you were not there with your children, it was a bit noisy with children running the halls and slamming doors. Rooms were a bit small compared to American standards, but comfortable and clean. The hotel desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Location was central to tourism.

friendly welcome from front desk and very helpful. the hotel is a bit of a maze, it seems to have been gradually expanded over the years, you could be in for a long walk if you lose the room number lottery.Rooms are pretty standard although rooms with three beds could come in useful for some parties or squabbling couples.rooms clean for the most part although evidence of previous guest was found under one of the beds.Fast and efficient check-out.Lots of parking.Functional hotel that fits the bill if on way somewhere else in Mid-West Ireland

“Ennis Hotel - West County”

Was a decent, basic hotel. Close enough to town centre to walk to but it will not be short walk. Was given the wrong room initially but when alerted of the problem they quickly changed it.

“good for leasure, adequate for business”

The hotel is one of only a very few in this area, so for price the value is quite good. Its ideal for a family trip to the area because of the extensive leasure facilities. For the single business traveller the main drawback is that every room including the doubles has 2 or 3 beds so the room feels quite cramped. Its set up for high density (at least 3 people per room). However it is adequate with free wireless etc in most rooms and with a coffee shop for breaks where you dont need the restaurant facilities.

“Let down by Resturant”

The plus points of the hotel were the room and the cafe with free internet. The down side was the resturant with poor quality food and the poor service and atmosphere in the bar.

“Reception staff terrible - will not go back”

The staff were very rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful. Overall the hotel was a terrible disappointment. Will not stay there again - ever.
