“Convenient location and well-managed for travelers”

We used this hotel for the last night in Ireland so we would be at the airport in Shannon for our flight the next morning. The hotel is geared for travelers such as us and understood what typical travelers' requirements are. It worked out very well.

Would have slept better with a clock in the room - a 4am wake up call was prompt but being Ireland I was worried all night! Otherwise just FAB!!

“Teeny weeny complaint.”

Although only a very short stay, I was extremely happy. Only one tiny 'thing' to mention, I could have done with a shower cap in the bathroom. Fabulous shower but had to wash my hair which I didn't really want to do to enable me to enjoy the shower. Everyhting else was great and if I ever had the chance to pass your way again I'll be back...............

“Great Hotel, Great Staff!”

I used this Hotel for my work-stay in Shannon. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much bother. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great.

“early flight from Shannon? Stay Here!”

THE location for catching a plane out of Shannon...2 minute walk. Friendly, comfortable, OK food and a very good pub..rooms were large enough, wi-fi very affordable

“Accommodation only NOT Food!”

I would recommend this hotel for location and accommodation only. NOT for the food or service in the restaurant. If you see an oldish waitress named Kathleen in the restaurant/bar, leave... She was the rudest server I've ever come across. One of the guests asked what type of curry was used in a dish and was told that they could not be sure what would be served and to order something else! She was rude to all guests and had a superior attitude to the other two staff members. All the guests felt badly for the waiters who had to work with her. Two out of Three people in our group for dinner got sick that night.

Good location. Well maintained. Very close and convenient to airport. Breakfast was excellent and had good selection. Bar was a fun to be at.

“Served its purpose”

This hotel is right next to the airport, great hotel if all you want is a good location. There isn't much to do in Shannon if you don't have a car. The hotel was nice, quiet, good service, and there are monitors in the lobby for flight info.
