“It was quiet.”

We were in a wing of the hotel far from the entrance. It was quiet, but a long walk to the room. The hotel caters to bus tours. Only people on a bus tour could dine in the main dining room. All other guests had to dine in the bar where many of the seats were stools. We dined at a restaurant near the Bunratty Castle. It was attractive and clean, but I would not stay there again.

“Very Disappointed.”

TheFire alarm went off at midnight, no one attended to it or gave us any information. It then went off again 4.30am & intermittently for about 8 times untill 5.10 am. It also went off at 5.30am. Many of the Guests were out on the corridor, doors slamming & no one from the Hotel to be seen anywhere. There was no apology or explanation offered from Hotel Manager & I do feel they put or safety at risk. I dread to think what would happen to the Guests if there had been a real fire.??????????????????????????/
