Buena Ubicacion y Calidad excepcional
Un Hotel muy bien ubicado con instalaciones de primera categoria y un desayuno Buffet muy bueno. Buena habitacion por lo espaciosa , con cama muy comoda y aseo excepcional. La unica pega es que está un poco anticuado, aunque conserva la atmosfera de finales del XX y principios del XXI

Noisy neighbours, unhelpful staff!
A very disappointing stay. People in the room next to us were extremely noisy. They woke us at 4 am with shouting and thrashing around the room. When I contacted reception, they said they’d call them to quieten down but the neighbours remained noisy until approx 5:30 am. Then, at 7:30 am an alarm started to go off in the opposite room beside us. The walls are very thin so it was very irritating and disrupted any possibility of getting back to sleep. Again, we called reception and they called to the room but no one answered. We then went for breakfast, which was also really disappointing. The eggs and bacon were completely cold and again, we had to ask staff to rectify the issue. On check-out we were charged full price for both the room and the breakfast. The receptionist said we should have requested a new room at the time (not that it was offered to us) which was less than helpful as it was now the next day and we weren’t the issue and it was 4/5 am! Overall, perhaps just an unlucky situation that we were put between two noisy rooms but one made much worse by the hotel staff not offering anything in response to make our stay comfortable.

Dear Adam, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the other guest, however, from reception you were offered a change of room in the evening around 20h, which you did not accept. Even so, if you cannot sleep because of the noise, even if it is 05:00, you could have changed your room just to sleep. This does not justify the inconvenience caused by the client, he was given a warning and did not pay attention, from reception we have no authority to expel him. Regarding the breakfast you mentioned, we assume that they consumed more products, which have a price to pay. We hope you decide to return to our accommodation and enjoy a better stay. Best regards.

Magnifico hotel
Bien en general. Solo que la señorita de recepción del hotel podía haber sido más amable. Por lo demás bien. Muy bien situado, cerca del centro. El día que llegamos había un fuerte olor a tabaco en la habitación. Nos ofrecieron otra y ésta fue magnífica, muy bien insonorizada. La cama muy cómoda. El aparcamiento no muy bien señalizado para encontrar la salida. Recomendaría este hotel.

Muy cómodo y conveniente
Nuestra llegada fue muy cómoda. Entramos directamente al parking, lo cual es muy cómodo. Cuando llegamos, sobre las 23h, el parking estaba bastante concurrido ya pero había huecos suficientes. Subimos a la recepción y en unos minutos habíamos hecho el check-in y estábamos en la habitación. La habitación era muy cómoda, el colchón confortable y el baño espacioso y agradable. Quizá lo único un poco mejorable es la almohada, pero al ser tan subjetivo no tiene sentido contarlo como punto negativo. Sí que se aprecia que es un hotel muy bien cuidado y conservado, pero aspectos como los ascensores un poco oscuros denotan que no es moderno. Pese a ello, es muy recomendable y tiene una relación calidad precio muy buena.

Ideal para conocer Ciudad Real

great central hotel
straight into underground car park - bit tight so be careful! into the bar -shuts at 4.40pm re-opens at 8. good bar meal. breakfast could do with a bit more organisation but apart from that a great hotel.
