The whole hotel staff was very nice. They accomodat to whatever you need. The hotal has a shuttle service ahich is awesome, and if you need a shuttle when theirs is unavailable the hotel has a taxi on site 24 hrs a day. They make your stay very comfortable and very clean. The pool was awesome and Dianas (the restauraunt on site) is great. Very accomodating!

“US Consulate Trip for my family.”

My first impression of hotel was that it was brand new. It was that good. Very well maintained and very clean. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walking distance from the US Consulate and medical clinics. I liked the idea of having the continental breakfast every morning there and even one morning they had an additional catered breakfast offering warm delicious authentic mexican dishes for an additional charge of only 70.00 pesos per person. There is also a restaurant adjacent to the hotel if you don't want to walk far from the hotel.

“Closest, safest, hotel to the embassy”

If you are going there for the consulate, this is the best and safest place to stay. The city is terrible, but you never have to leave the hotel because they provide everything you need right there. It is one block from the embassy. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

We were just down there in April 2011, it was a very good expericience. If you have business to take care of at the Consulate it is the place to stay. There is security 24/7, very friendly staff. Housekeeping was very good, got our room cleaned each day and sheets changed each dy if we requested. Our stay here at the Quality Inn was for 6 days. The taxi driver from the hotel was great also took my husband to bus station in Juarez and then turned around and took me to Grey Hound in El Paso.

Everything was great in overall. My check-in was very welcome, it made me feel comfortable. Even up to my check-out everything was as a expected if not better. I will definitely book at this Hotel again, very soon!
