I was at the hotel for because we had an appointment at the american consulate. I was worred at first because i had no idea how far anything was...everything is walking distance. the hotel is in the center of the consulate, clinics, fingerprint office, mall, everything is right there. I couldn't have made a better choice. I think its a new hotel too, its very nice clean, they have computer for you to use. Only drawback the phone, in order to make calls to the US its $3 a minutes, payphone is much cheaper.

“Great place to stay for US Consulate Procedures”

We booked this place online for one night and decided to check it out as soon as we got there to see if we would like it. We had to stay a whole week in Juarez but decided to check it out for one night. Well the first time we went in we noticed right a way that it looks new and clean. The staff was helpful and we were checked in within 5 minutes or less. The room was very well distributed, they really worked well with the space and it was always very clean and comfortable, they come in to clean your room everyday. Also something I liked was that they give you the option of re-using your towels for another day, or your bedsheets so that way you can help save water and for every 5 towels that get re-used in the hotel, they plant a tree, I thought that was kind of considerate. Any ways, I recommend it. It is within walking distance to the medical clinics, the ASC offices and the US Consulate, very close to everything. Across the street there is a nice mall and we recommend a pizza place called "venezia" it was delicious and great prices.

For those peple going to cd Juares for any immigration purposes this is the best hotel to stay. It is close to everything, for the clinics they are just in the side of the hotel and for the consulado across the street. very nice, confortable and not need to worry about security, it has the best one.

The hotel is located next to evry place we needed to go,safe and the hotel employees are very helpfull and very nice. rooms are very clean and we will defenantly will recomend to any one thinking of a hotel to stay around the consulate.
