“City Junior - Good Hotel”

The cleaning staff was very serviceable. The front desk staff helped with our accomodations but front desk staff needs better management. Internet service was very poor and phone reception was also mediocre. But this hotel is very close to the U.S. consulate and also has free transportation service to consulate appointments and surrounding stores. We met a lot of nice people who were there for their visa interviews. The hotel is great for the price and serves its purpose.

Very safe, clean and good service. Internet speed is not that good but it works. Overal I'm pleased with this hotel.

“Hotel was perfect for consular business!”

The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything needed for the consular visit was within walking distance, even the bus station was relatively close. We will stay here again.

“very close to consulate”

My husband and I and our son stayed here in November because my husband had an appointment with u.s. consulate. The hotel is very close to consulate. It is across the street from consulate and the medical buildings. There is also a nice mall right by hotel theres good places to eat around the area, and their is a starbucks near by. There is a bridge from hotel to across the street where consulate is. The hotel is nice and comfortable not impressed with the breakfast it is cereal, milk, some not to good orange juice, coffee, and bread. Nothing to wake up early for unless your really tight on money. There is free coffee twenty four hours. I was scared to go to Juarez and scared to take my baby, but the area around the hotel and consulate felt really safe. We would go to the mall alot . Overall I would recommend hotel.

“No Frills hotel”

For business purposes, this hotel was ok; had to take care of work at the embassy; essentially a "no frills hotel" clean rooms - no coffee/tea, very thin blankets.

It was okay and friendly. Convenient for people visiting the US consulate

“dreadful”

My experience in the hotel was trouble the service was dreadful, they have poor quality attandance service, the rooms are VERY SMALL and their is never a manager in site. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to have a nice confortable or security stay. I recommend this to anyone especially Americans you should pay a few bucks more and stay in a nice quality hotel. (believe me you will regretted)
