My reservation was last minute so I didn't really look at any of the photos of the place before I came only the location. I was pleased when I discovered that it was such a lovely place. It's a very short walk from the train station and in a very vibrant part of town. The front of the hotel overlooks the palace of culture and sciences which is a pretty cool building. It's probably a 15 minute walk to the old town, but there is tons of public transportation. With the exception of the guy who checked me in all of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge and clean. The only thing I didn't like is that I could get free wifi for my phone out of the street but couldn't get free wifi in my room or in the lobby.
Extremely happy; honestly, one of the best hotels I have seen globally.
The room is not a room; it's an apartment. It has two massive bathrooms and a huge living room. Both the living room and the bedroom have a massive TV screen. I really enjoyed a nespresso in the living room :) I wish I could have stayed for longer but I had a wedding to attend. I will certainly return for a longer stay (I also want to try the restaurant which looks very nice and charges extremely reasonable prices).
This hotel is a must stay and eat hotel, I had never been to Poland let alone Warsaw and I could not have picked a better place, food was amazing, staff very helpful and 5 mins from the city on a straight road.

We booked the hotel for 7 nights out of which the first 2 nights were deluxe rooms the next a suite then again a deluxe room and a suite for 2 nights in the weekend. On check in we requested for an upgrade since we were staying for so many nights. We were informed that they would try to upgrade once we shift into the suite. When we checked in to shift to the Suite we were informed that we have been upgraded for the next 4 nights and would not need to change rooms. We unpacked and settled in. The next evening when we got back the key did not work so we went to the check in. We were informed that we had to shift rooms now and cannot be upgraded. We were surprised because no hotel upgrades and then down grades customers. We were told they were short on suites and immediately checked and they had enough of suites available at the hotel. It was a very unpleasant experience since the ladies handling the matter were very unprofessional and made us feel as if they were doing us a favour by even giving a room. Have stayed at this hotel for 31 years and for sure we will not being going back ever again. There is an Intercontinental next door which we will make our home. We also found that they advertise lunches at special prices with superb posters on the Champion restaurant doors and when you go int they inform you that what you want is not available. When I complained they informed me that many customers have complained about this. Terrible for a super hotel to do this
Hotel was just 5 to 10 minutes from the railway station.
We had a front facing room which was soundproofed but I could still hear traffic.
room was pleasant but there was no air con which I expect would be a big problem in the summer.
Most of the nightlife is in one direction so best to ask the staff which way. Staff were helpful food in the resteraunt was great. All round good hotel let down only by aircon.

We stayed for four nights in April whilst visiting relatives. The hotel is convenient for transport and the old town but lacks any kind of atmosphere. I asked for a double room but got a twin, It appears that all rooms are the same. While we were there it was rather noisy.

We stayed on business for 2 days. Rooms are newly furbished in modern style, I liked it, also practical, good beds. Bathroom equipment is new also however quality of equipment seems cheap there, may have problems soon. Breakfast is nice, plenty of choice - only the morning juice is poor quality, about 25% fruit content with a lot of sugar.
Overall had a good impression.
One note: taxi asked at the reception is more expensive then just stopping one on the street.

Poland’s capital city has eclectic architecture. Warsaw’s Old Town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1980, even though 85 per cent of the city was destroyed during World War II. Since Poland joined the EU in 2004, Warsaw has experienced a huge building boom. Modern skyscrapers, 1950s-era East-bloc buildings, and centuries-old Gothic architecture all dot this city of 4 million’s skyline.
