Hotel excellant, check in very quick. We had previously e-mailed the hotel who organised our trips with a personal driver at very reasonable cost. Staff all excellent, Breakfast adequate with hot and cold choices. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and looking forward to our next visit.
"Reasonably priced, nice hotel in a great location"
We stayed here on our first night in Krakow. We were quite pleased. The hotel staff were great. We received coupons for free drinks at the hotel pub which also had delicious food. The room was to our satisfaction. The beds were hard but we found them comfortable and clean. The room only had skylights but there was plenty of natural light. There was also reasonably priced gated parking available if you reserve in Advance. The hotel is also a short walk from the old city.

Three-storey hotel housed in a 19th-century palace, located in the town centre, 500 metres from the National Museum …More
The hotel is in the centre of Kraków and all restaurants and bars are not far away, we took cabs as they are so cheap. The reception staff are friendly an if you need to know anything they are always available for advice. The room was very comfy and modern but also very quiet. If we ever return to Kraków the puro will be our first choice.
"Fantastic hotel with top class customer service!"
We stayed at the Topolowa Residence on our first trip to Krakow in May 2015 and we cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. From the moment we walked through the door of the hotel, the staff could not do enough for us. Krakow is a beautiful city but the staff at this hotel made our visit all the more special. They have a wealth of information for the first time visitor and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and the rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are planning a trip to Krakow, then this hotel is the one for you! Its a 5* rating from us.
Located in place of city walls, Planty Park is a luscious green space enveloping Krakow's stunning old town, home to many of the city's tourist attractions. Krakow's Main Square is a hub of activity, where people flock to browse the markets in the Renaissance Sukiennice, once a major trade center for traveling merchants. Visitors can explore Wawel Castle to learn about Poland's royal history.
