A nice hotel with friendly staff, I had a good experience with Europa City Hotel. The location was fairly close (10 - 20 minute walk) to the touristic centre of the city. Everything in the hotel was clean and in good working order. Every morning they served a very good breakfast buffet. The restaurant was open the rest of the day and I ate there once and found the food and service to be pretty good. The staff was not really knowledgeable about tourist sites and activities when I asked, but they had a nice attitude and made an effort to try and find me some information.
I noticed that the hotel was well-designed for guests with accessibility issues (a very large bathroom with railings around the toilet and a bench beneath the shower). So if that is a concern for you, this is a good place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Neringa Hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and have to stay the room location was perfect for us. It was quiet, comfortable and with plenty of space for what we needed. Everything was clean and cleaned everyday. It everything we needed for our stay, a table and 2 comfortable chairs, a nice size bed, tv, drinking facilities, fridge and bath & shower. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The staff were very pleasant and polite. I would recommend anyone to stay there and we will definitely book this hotel when we go back there.
The rooms are clean, good breakfast. Of course this is not luxury hotel or the hotel for business travelers. Good option if you you travel on budget. One bad thing: you hear everything through the wall.
One of the best places I've ever stayed, and I've stayed in hotels (3-4stars), hostels, and one bungalow.
Rooms are big (and bathrooms, too!), there is a fridge, kettle. The breakfast was delicious, and during it one can use a swimming pool and a sauna for free. I definitely recommend!
I was there for a conference. It's a cheap (less than 10EUR) taxi ride to/from the airport, and everything in the old town is walking distance. The hotel is tucked away down a quiet side street and the front desk staff spoke good English and were generally helpful.
Vilnius city center combines the old-town charm of the city with its modern edge, and the expanding business district is considered the new center. With one of the largest business centers in the Baltic States, including financial institutions and government offices, Vilnius displays its individuality with its diverse architecture and many churches, thereby keeping its medieval tone.
