“Not impressed”

Hotel is inexpensive, so expect to get what you pay for. It is about 1 hour metro to get anywhere in paris. We asked for a double bed and got two pushed together. Hotel's bathroom smelled of raw sewage, yum. Overall though, if all you are planning on doing is having somewhere to sleep and clean up, it works.

“5 days in Paris”

We took the RER and metro from the de Gualle airport to Porte d'Italie stop. You have to walk down the main street a little bit and then you'll see the hotel sign down the hill a little on your right past the little Honda Dealership. It's about an 8 minute walk is a nice neighborhood, but the hotel does sit by a highway and busy intersection. We were on the 4th floor, so the noise didn't bother us. The room was small, but had a clean bathroom and descent furniture. The 'king bed' was two twin beds pushed together. Breakfast in the morning was included was descent, though it was the same each day and did get old by the last day. There was wi-fi in the breakfast area and lobby. The hotel staffed mostly spoke english and while not overly friendly as we came and went each day, they were very helpful with all the questions that asked. With the 8-10 min walk to the metro (and also the tram which we took to the RER for Versailles) plus a 20 minute ride, you could get to anything in the city.

“Don't get deceived by the star rating”

The location was fine, but the quality of the hotel room is not upto the mark. Congested room and it was very stuffy. Expedia gives this hotel 3 stars, I don't think that is justified. It will be a 2 star at the most. We asked if they could change us to another room but receptionist said every other room is booked. It may be true, I am not sure. Metro is close by, that is an advantage. Breakfast was good. Take this hotel if only if you get a good deal. Do not have much expectations (we expected more) in quality of room.

“Not impressed”

Front desk person was unable to help with any of my request, said had to see boss in the morning for anything i asked, very damp stagnant smells as A/C was not running and even with cool air was unverable, was disappointed with the place, heard many others complaint also,carpet in hallways was nasty, never cleaned it seemed.

“Express - Kremlin Bicetre”

The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station Porte D'Italie. However make sure you are prepared for the fact that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. The size and cleanliness of the rooms is good compared to some of the other Paris hotels that I have been to. It is located almost at the end of the Metro lines and commute to Effiel Tower and L'ouvre can take upto 25-30 minutes atleast. My recommendation is - if you bear the summer Paris heat without air conditioning stay here.

“Staff needs training”

I went with my family to Paris for vacation booked 2 rooms request for rooms beside but they gave us rooms on different floors it was ok but the check in gentleman staff was extremly rude but it didn't bother me. The gentleman had no clue of the area we had no towels in the rooms upon request he said laundry is not back but you can have shower with face towels with they gave us small pcs of towels. Its 2nd HOLIDAY INN express i stayed with some of terrible staff members full stress no clue about business operation. May be THATS IS HOW THE STANDARD OF HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS is.

“Holiday Inn - On a hill and traffic way”

It was hotel near the motorway and not too far from the metro station or local shops. They had very basic breakfast. And the hotel itself was clean and service was friendly!. Yes i recommend to stay there if you wish.

“Good hotel. Near to the subway”

I stopped here for 2 nights. I arrived by Eurostar and it took just 20 mins. It's near subway about 7-10 minute walk from the metro station. The room was a good size and clean.Continental breakfast was included(meats, cheese, yoghurts, fruits,juices, tea and cofffee,baguette. The nearest attractions: Notre-Dame, Pantheon.
