Nice pool suite
The room is good but many insect came from outside, my Daugther scream very hard when she found 1000legs on her extra bed May be hotels need put salt between garden and bedroom to protect the insect came in But the pool is good and warm enough to seim under the cold weather

Hotel is great for families, and rabbit garden is very cute. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommended driver for trip to Safari Park, which was a real pleasure. Kindly note that some hotel rooms are located a bit far from main building. Food in restaurant is nice, and room service is great too. Only comment, since balconies are open and rooms are close to each other, it can be a bit noisy. But hotel put mini coffee maker in my room, without me asking, which was an absolute treat, so overall very happy.

nice hotel, all the staff was very friendly, they all very polite, view from our room was nice. so-so with the breakfast. the only weakness is leakage on the balcony

I stayed in pool suite (room 622). The pool in nice and warm but small. The room furniture need to be renewed since it looks old. No AC in the room and if you open the door insents and lizards will enter the room. There are also monkeyes. There was a lizard and a lot of ants in the room which might be expected in such a place. The room view was good. The breakfast does not have a lot of western options but the waffle and pancake were very delicious. Some lights in the garden and pool were not working even after I request to fix them. Overall the hotel is nice for families and there is a rabbits garden. The spa massage experience was bad. A lot of lizards and indents in the massage room. The hotel need to be reinovated since it looks old. No gym or indoor swimming pool. The main outside swimming pool was cold. The hotel staff were friendly and smiling all the time.

Appreciat staff welcoming and fast service. Hotel is old and old furniture. No air con. Available and ant is in floor. Walls sound installation is poor you can hear next room voice.

Overall nice. Lovely spa. Thin walls in room.
We stayed over night. The hotel was quite lovely. Nice grounds, very family friendly. Clean rooms, a rabbit farm for kids, nice pool area that played movies outdoors at night. Our room was nice. Claw-foot bathtub, big bed, and well decorated. The spa was lovely for a nice couples massage. Staff was super friendly and went out of there way to help us out. BUT, the walls in the room were thin and we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Our room was over the parking lot meaning you could hear car doors slamming, children running up and down the sidewalk, and urban techno rap music playing from a nearby room at 6AM on Sunday morning. (On weekends all of Jakarta's upper middle class are hanging out here.) I would go back again, but only on a Monday-Thursday night. It could be such a peaceful, lovely relaxing hotel if it weren't so crowded on the weekend. Weekdays only when all of Jakarta is at work. Lovely grounds and garden. Still, given the remote location, probably the best option in Puncak.

everything was pefect, so here is the negative parts: no air conditioning (at least in my suite) it was cold after swimming. private pool was dirty, a staff came to clean it. then it was ok. other than that the hotel is perfect

A Great Weekend Escape
A very nice hotel for a relaxing experience. Me & my partner went there to relax and for privacy and we got it. The hotel staffs never ever disturb us. The view from our room is so nice and refreshing and we can view the mountains while cuddling on our bed ;-)

Novus Puncak - Can't wait to go back!
We have lived in Jakarta for 9 months now and were dying to get away for a few days so looked to the fresh air and tranquility of the mountains at Puncak. We found the Novus on Hotels.com at a fantastic rate for the Idul Fitri weekend. So we booked, paid and received confirmation (all online) which was SO convenient for us. What a fantastic time we had! A very relaxing, quality facility in lush, tropical surroundings. We had a standard room in one of the lodges and the lodge itself was spacious with lots of communal space and comfy lounges. Our balcony was very private and surrounded with greenery, gorgeous fist thing in the morning. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool & lounge and our 7 yr old had a great time in kids club. He also enjoyed a visit yo the rabbit enclosure and flying fox. We never got to the spa but it was affordable and looked very inviting. Being from Australia we are fortunate enough to speak bahasa Indonesian so we really enjoyed go for a jalan-jalan into the local CBD and meeting, greeting and eating with the locals. Plenty of great shopping bargains to be had, much better we thought than Bandung. Quite a strong police presence for the Idul Fitri leburan but everyone simply enjoying the festive atmosphere and no trouble was seen by us. Close to Taman Safari which you need a whole day for with children, the presidential palace, botanical gardens, tea plantations and really just fun hanging out at the Novus and in the local shopping precinct. The locals are very friendly and genuinely happy to have you there. We really weren't looking forward to returning back to Jakarta after having such a peaceful stay but I guess it gives us something to look forward to next time. And there will be a next time, we can't wait to go back! We highly recommend Novus Puncak Resort and Spa and thank everyone who made our time there so pleasurable. Terima Kasih banyak semua!

لم تنظف ارضية الغرفه لاكثر من مره، ومليئة بالنمل وبعض الحشرات الطائره، المطعم محدود الخيارات، عند الدخول لم يطلب مني تامين، وبعدها منعت من الاستفاده من اي من خدمات الفندق الا بالحضور ودفع ما علي من فواتير قبل ان اتمكن من طلب اي خدمه.

No value for money. Floor made of outdoor rough tiles with wide deep tile joints which are uncomfortable for bare feet. Rooms do not have a nice view. Rooms are not sound proof. A lot of noise from neighbours. Breakfast area has not a nice view and has country music. Really strange for Indonesia. Food is not covered and has a lot of flies flying around. We had no car and had to arrange a car from the hotel to drive us back to Bogor. They charged us 700.000 Rp which is a rip off. We do not recommend this place.

Hotelnya sudah tua tapi tetap terawat, karyawan ramah dan cepat menolong, saya menginap di tipe suite room ruangannya besar hanya kamar mandi agak menjadi kendala karna tidak ada standing showernya mungkin untuk orang tua harus lebih hati2 karena mandi di dalam bathtub, penerangan kamar bagus tidak gelap, kamar tidur bersih, kolam renang air panas kecil jadi tdk bs menampung banyak orang, yang menarik adalah rumah kelinci atau rabbit house , anak2 senang berkunjung ke sini, hotel ini memangcocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga.
