“For longer staying”

Nice place for longer staying. In case of my visit - perfect location. Very good and fast room service - apartments like rooms are comfortable. Two things that I don't like - 1: too problematic heating system - rooms was too cold and 2: whole hotel should be little bit refreshed - looks old. Room was clean and quite.

Area recommendations

Covington - Old Town (just over the river) and Newport's Aquarium.

“It was ok..”

The hotel is in a very convenient location,Can reach all tourist attractions within minutes.We had two bedroom suite which had couple of problems(bathroom sink is clogged and toilet is not flushing properly) other that hotel is clean and comfortable.

“Would not go back.”

My husband and I chose this hotel for its location close to Music Hall for a romantic weekend away which included a performance by the Symphony. The hotel is in a poor, rundown area of town. You must park your car a block away from the lobby and walk along the street or through a tunnel under the garage. We heard people on the streets shouting all night and from balconies in nearby rooms at 3:30am. Our first night we were awoke by the fire alarm at 6:00am. The lobby seemed unconcerned for our safety and didn't seem surprised when it was found by the fire department to be a false alarm. The front desk was not very friendly and we felt we were intruders rather than guests. The floors in our room were dirty and wall paper was peeling from the walls. I would never stay here again. It was not the relaxing vacation I wanted. In fact I couldn't wait to check out!

Downtown, closer to the river area. It seemed cleaner and safer.

“nice experience”

The hotel was in a great location for us. My daughter and her best friend were in Cincinnati for a concert at the Aronoff center which was right across the street. Parking for the hotel was a bit tricky. I would suggest unloading your luggage at the door before parking. There is a parking garage on the next street for the hotel that cost us a couple dollars to park over-night. There is a corridor that will lead you from the parking garage to the hotel it is a little bit of a walk. We were treated to an upgrade to a penthouse suite, because the room I reserved was not available. The room was a spacious two bedroom two bathrooom condo with a full kitchen. It was a two story unit and both bathrooms were on the upper level. The hotel could definately use an upgrade as far as decor goes, it was very outdated, but the room and it contents were very clean. Televisions were outdated too and one of the bedrooms did not have one. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel but we packed our own meals because of the full kitchen. Just keep in mind that this is not like your fully stocked kitchen at home. There is service for four and basic pots and pans. One important thing to note is that the hotel offers shuttles to anywhere downtown you want to go. All in all we had a great weekend in Cincinnati, but honestly if not for the upgrade i would have felt that I overpaid.

“Lots of room”

Acceptable, although dated, and at some point had a smoker in the room. Very large areas, must have been apartments previously.
